Join Us

We usually invite prospective members to join us for one or two rehearsals, to get to know us prior to an audition. The audition is led by our Musical Director and usually attended by our Chair.

For permanent positions we ask for a short simple unaccompanied item of the auditionee’s choosing. This, with some scales to assess the tessitura of the voice, a few aural tests and a piece of sight singing forms the basis of the audition.
